Tir na nÓg is known as the Land of Youth in Irish culture. The realm of everlasting youth, beauty, health, and abundance; a realm of no age or decay, falsehood, sadness, gloom hatred or envy. [Wikipedia] This colorway is a special PRE-ORDER only colorway to celebrate my 40th birthday. My favorite color is green, so I decided to create a special colorway around it. Tir na nÓg is a mixture of a spearmint green speckled with two more shades of green, little speckles of purple (with bits of blue and pink where the dye broke) and golden toffee. Pre-order opens February 3rd 2025 and will close on February 10th at 11:59pm Central. Skeins ordered will be dyed in the order they are received. Shipping is expected to begin around February 24th. All yarn base options are $28 per skein.
