Meet Acushla!
Acushla means ‘darling‘ or ‘pulse of my heart‘ in Irish. It became the inspiration for this beginner to intermediate cabled cowl.
This lovely cabled cowl, knit in a skein of the luxurious Alainn Yarns Nomadic Lux (yak/silk base) or your favorite fingering weight yarn, is knit flat and then seamed together using the kitchener stitch. The eyelet cable on each edge compliments the main cable design. A perfect one skein project!
The size / length of the cowl can be increased or decreased by working more or less repeats.
