Antique Pearl is a wonderful soft ivory shade that will connect you with memories of long ago. My grandmother’s pearls, which are at least 60 years old, provided the perfect inspiration for this colorway. Often as pearls age, and they absorb oils from the skin when worn, they will change colors.  It’s amazing to think what a beautiful thing can come from a single grain of sand, irritating an oyster.

This Antique Pearl shade of ivory is stunning on its own or would be a wonderful compliment to other colors for a two or more colored project. With this silk mohair base you can hold this color double or hold it with a strand of another color. This is a kettle dyed colorway.
