A Snowflake in Killarney is a great two color fair isle mitten design that features an I-cord cast on, a Celtic triskele on the cuff, a Celtic inspired snowflake for the back of the hand and a diamond pattern for the palm.

It is written with charts and instructions for small, medium, and large and includes instructions for an optional liner. Video links for stranding and I-cord cast on are included in the pattern.

You’ll need approximately 200 yd (182 m) in two different yarns, your main color and contrast color. You will also need approximately 200 yd (182 m) in a light fingering or lace weight yarn if you choose to include the liner. Left over yarn works great if you have enough!
