The Wild Atlantic Way

The Wild Atlantic Way is a scenic drive along the western coast of Ireland. As you head out along the rugged coast, you’ll see towering cliffs, quiet little bays, tiny quaint towns, the foaming sea, and sandy beaches. Amidst the foam and fog, the sea takes a special color of deep teal and sparkling blue. At some points you would think you were looking out at the Caribbean!

I wanted to capture that wonderful rich color in a skein of yarn. By combining three shades I was able to recreate this Wild Atlantic Way color to bring to you a stunning tonal blue.

Please note that color variations may occur from skein to skein as a result of hand dyeing. I have matched the colors in the photo as close as real life as possible however some differences may be noticed from monitor to monitor. Please also order as many skeins as you need for your project as color variation may happen one dye lot to the next.
