Old Gold

Description

Old Gold was created to fill a need for a yellow on my Nomadic Lux blend. This antique picture frame had the perfect shade I was looking for and provided the inspiration. The naturally dark base of this yarn took on the yellow and created a dreamy color that will go nicely with many others.

Nomadic Lux base:
50% Silk, 50% Yak
Fingering weight
4 ply
218 yards / 50 grams
Hand wash only

Please note if a color is listed as a ‘backorder’ option, it will be dyed to order and may take up to a week to ship.

Please note that color variations may occur from skein to skein as a result of hand dyeing. I have matched the colors in the photo as close as real life as possible however some differences may be noticed from monitor to monitor. Please also order as many skeins as you need for your project as color variation may happen one dye lot to the next.
