Description
The Stars Tell Time is a stunning new colorway was inspired the astronomical clock in Prague. The clock has three main features: the the astronomical dial, representing the position of the sun and moon in the sky and displaying various astronomical details; “The Walk of the Apostles”, a clockwork hourly show of figures of the Apostles and other moving sculptures—notably a figure of Death (represented by a skeleton) striking the time; and a calendar dial with medallions representing the months. These make up a stunning clock! The photo credit for this inspiration goes to Sarah Villanueva, who graciously allowed me to use this photo for a colorway.
This variegated colorway is on a brand new base which starts out as a shimmering medium brown. The colors a bit muted due to that darker starting base but it certainly doesn’t detract from the beauty of this colorway!! The skein features a gray, a bit of a muted dark denim blue, a washed out denim blue, and a bit of gold. A small section of its natural beauty has been left to show through as well. This yarn base is absolute pure luxury!!! It is incredibly soft and has wonderful drape.

Please note if a color is listed as a ‘backorder’ option, it will be dyed to order and may take up to a week to ship.
Please note that color variations may occur from skein to skein as a result of hand dyeing. I have matched the colors in the photo as close as real life as possible however some differences may be noticed from monitor to monitor. Please also order as many skeins as you need for your project as color variation may happen one dye lot to the next.
