Shipping

Currently we are only shipping to the United States and Canada.

All orders in stock will ship out the next business day. Any back ordered or dyed to order items may take up to two weeks to be dyed and then shipped. Please note this when making your order.

Once the package has been turned over to the postal system, we are not responsible for delays. We are not responsible for packages that say they have been marked delivered but are not in your possession – ie stolen.  If a package gets lost along the way and there is no movement for three weeks or more after your shipping date, please reach out to us.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class, when possible, if under 13 oz. However if your order is over 13 oz we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail. Any order over $50 will receive free shipping. The yarn is shipped in skein form, this allows the fibers to stay relaxed and saves a bit of shipping cost. You will need to wind them prior to use.
