Description
Frozen Lace is what came to mind when I cam across these trees covered in hoarfrost last winter. The hoarfrost crystals shimmered in the brief sunlight. As a backdrop for these trees the sky had taken on a gray foggy color with a slight blue undertone, promising more frost or snow.
I did my best to match this color and feeling in yarn form. The kettle dyed colorway is the palest silvery gray with a hint of an undertone of blue. The silk in this yarn base brings to mind the shimmer of the frost crystals as light hits them. Think stunning lacy shawls with beads for this colorway!

Please note if a color is listed as a ‘backorder’ option, it will be dyed to order and may take up to a week to ship.
Please note that color variations may occur from skein to skein as a result of hand dyeing. I have matched the colors in the photo as close as real life as possible however some differences may be noticed from monitor to monitor. Please also order as many skeins as you need for your project as color variation may happen one dye lot to the next.
