Description
Have your heard of the Blarney Stone? It’s a legendary stone that is said to give you the ‘gift of gab’ and you won’t be at a loss for words again. It is mounted high on the castle ramparts of the Blarney Castle. You have lay down on your back, hold on to metal bars, and lean back, stretching across the open gap between the stone walkway and the castle wall to kiss this magical stone. Not something I would recommend if you’re afraid of heights! However the view from the top of the castle is amazing. I took the picture that inspired this colorway from the top of the castle, looking down on the castle grounds.
This variegated colorway showcases the deep and bright greens that can be found all over the castle grounds. I took this picture in October, and it was still this green! There is also a bit of gray in the colorway to reflect the stone.

Please note that color variations may occur from skein to skein as a result of hand dyeing. I have matched the colors in the photo as close as real life as possible however some differences may be noticed from monitor to monitor. Please also order as many skeins as you need for your project as color variation may happen one dye lot to the next.
